Kyle Gluskin is the Director of Investor Relations at Blockchain Capital, where she has led the firm's IR function since November 2021. She oversees the full scope of investor relations operations — from systems and workflows to LP communications — serving as the critical link between the investment team, finance, and the firm's global investor base. Kyle plays a central role in building Blockchain Capital's fundraising infrastructure and delivering a best-in-class investor experience.

Prior to Blockchain Capital, Kyle built investor relations and operations functions across early-stage venture platforms, where she developed the institutional infrastructure that supports scaled LP engagement today.

Kyle earned her B.S. in Sociology from Arizona State University. In her free time, Kyle can most likely be found at a concert.
